Vaping is under fire as a number of high-profile deaths have led to closer scrutiny of the vaping industry. Vaping is largely unregulated, and in some cases, illicit drugs have been found in vaping products. The company is suspending all advertising. Massachusetts’s Gov. Charlie Baker took aggressive action and ordered a four-month ban on the sale of all vaping products in Massachusetts.
