The fallout from Pres. Biden’s haphazard pullout of Afghanistan continues. As Afghan allies flee from the Taliban, many say the U.S. has a moral obligation to rescue them. One of them is Tim Morgan, a special ops helicopter pilot who has been deployed there several times. He’s also a friend who pastors churches in West Kentucky. Morgan says the Afghanis “have seen brutality that we can’t comprehend. “It’s been an entire 20-year span of these folks trusting us, working with us and some of them have sacrificed equally as much as they have served beside us, knowing this was for their very survival.” Now the Taliban is hunting down anyone suspected of working with us. Christians and non-Muslims are both targets, and for this reason, we must work to protect them.
