The deadline to register to vote in the upcoming primary election in Kentucky is today. To be eligible to vote, you must be at least 18 years old on or before the November 6 General Election, a U.S. citizen and a Kentucky resident, and cannot be a convicted felon. If you've moved, you'll need to re-register and provide your new address. You can update your registration or register for the first time at GoVoteKY.com. Or you can go to your local county clerk's office to register. The Kentucky primary election is on May 21 and it's important to vote. Offices of governor, attorney general, secretary of state, treasurer and auditor will all be on the ballot. All are important positions of leadership. And all need Kentuckians to weigh in, but you won't be able to unless you're registered to vote.
