We value free speech, but its been under attack on college campuses. Now its under attack in our courts. The pro-life group—Center for Medical Progress released video of abortionists discussing late-term abortions at the National Abortion Federation conventions. The conversations are so offensive they're not fit to reiterate on this program. But interestingly, a federal U.S. District Judge William Orrick ordered the video's taken down. and he may hold David Daleiden, the founder of group in contempt of court. The videos may be distasteful and offensive but their purpose is to expose the brutality of late-term abortion. If the judge gets his way and his order stands, he will relegate the conversation over late-term abortion to the back-allies of discourse known to countries without the protection of the First Amendment.
