There's been another mass shooting. This time in Virginia Beach, VA. As in other mass shootings an armed person opens fire on unsuspecting and helpless people. In this case, it was a civil engineer who worked for the city. He sent an email to his boss the morning before he came to work armed. Once inside he began opening fire on his fellow employees, including his boss. A total of 12 were killed. Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam said we need to do more than send "thoughts and prayers." Many are calling for more gun restriction. Second Amendment advocates say this isn't the answer. We've always had guns since we won our independence. What we haven't always had is mass violence which points us back to prayer. And that's a good place to start as we seek healing.
