Most bars are known for serving drinks, but Trouble Bar in Louisville recently announced that they’re giving away abortifacient morning-after pills for free. A company named Julie hosted the event and said these pills were contraceptives and prevented pregnancy. Not only is the effort unusual, but what they claim is far from the truth. This is because the morning-after pill prevents an embryo, newly created life, from attaching to the uterine wall. Hence, the pill does not prevent conception but causes an abortion. As Louisville Right to Life said, this event hosted by Trouble bar is disappointing but not surprising. Pharmaceutical companies continue to establish and extend their reach in the abortion industry. Not only have they created life-ending drugs, but now they’re bringing bars into the mix.
