Ivy League schools are revered as places of cutting edge thought where the best thinkers lead. But this didn’t happen at Yale University when their Child Study Center invited a psychologist to give a lecture entitled, “The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind.” The lecturer described her “fantasies” of killing white people and called them “violent predators.” Yale later condemned the lecture and said it was antithetical to their values. But this outrageous lecture is what critical race theory leads to. An entire race is lumped into the category of oppressor and they must be removed if the oppressed are to be free. This will certainly not lead to the healing that we desperately need— a healing and reconciliation that only Jesus Christ can bring.
