Today is the last day to register to vote for the May 21 primary. If you’ve not yet registered, you can simply go online to the Kentucky Secretary of State website to register. It takes just a minute and is one way you can help shape the commonwealth and its future. Voting in the primary is important because so many elections are now decided in the primary. And since we’ve had turnout as low as 10 percent in previous primaries, it means that your vote matters all that much more. After registering to vote today, plan to vote on election day, May 21, or early voting, which begins on May 16.
