There’s a lot of concern over diversity these days. NASDAQ is now requiring all of the companies who are listed with them to submit information on their board composition regarding race, ethnicity, gender, and LGBTQ+ status. This is a first. And some in the business community are questioning such an intrusive survey. So, is LGBT true diversity? Ethnicity and gender are inborn characteristics. Homosexuality and transgenderism are immoral behavioral characteristics that violate God’s design for us as human beings made in his image. This is an attempt to mainstream a sexual identity as an underrepresented group on the boards of publicly-traded companies. And this information about board composition will be made public.
