University of Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino has been fired. The U of L program was caught up in an FBI investigation involving bribery of recruits. This is the latest scandal involve Pitino and his basketball program. Just a few years ago, it was caught using strippers on campus to lure high school recruits.  Other schools are also reeling from the two-year FBI investigation: USC, Oklahoma State, Auburn and Arizona coaches were arrested for their involvement in bribery schemes. The book of Proverbs chapter 10 verse 9 says: "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out." The corruption at U of L is now being found out and top-level coaches are paying the price, reminding us that truly winning programs hold to core principles like honesty and integrity.
