Truck drivers from all across Canada converged on the capital city of Ottawa to protest the countries coronavirus mandates and its overreach into personal liberty. The capital city has been essentially shut down. So has trade between the US and Canada. One protester who didn’t want to be identified said, “it’s a Civil War between the government and its people.” People were told that once the vaccines were available, then things would begin to go back to normal. But that hasn’t happened in Canada. Nor has it happen in the United States. We are seeing pushback against heavy-handed mandates in this country as well. Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron has filed lawsuits against federal vaccine mandates, which he believes are a gross federal overreach.
