Attorney General Daniel Cameron is co-leading a nationwide Investigation Into Instagram’s impact on minors. In a recent interview I did with General Cameron, he explained the harmful effects that social media is having on young people. Too much time on social media is mind-numbing and can lead to addiction. There are consumer protection laws meant to protect children. And social media giant Facebook, now known as Meta, may be exploiting and targeting children without regard to their psychological and social health. Attorney General Daniel Cameron said, “Protecting the welfare of our children is one of our highest callings as a society, and we can leave no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring the safety of our youngest Kentuckians.”
