Arizona has a crisis with illegal immigrants pouring over its border. So what’s the solution? Some legislators in the Arizona legislature proposed to allow landowners to shoot illegal immigrants who are trespassing on their property. This proposal is a response to an Arizona rancher who killed an illegal immigrant traveling over his property last year. But is this the response we want to have to trespassing by illegal immigrants? After all, they are image bearers of God. Even if they are entering the country illegally and trespassing, should the state figuratively allow an open season on them? Illegal immigration is a crisis. But the solution of allowing them to be shot is more than harsh. It’s unjust and simply wrong. And the Republicans in the Arizona legislature need to rethink this.

Does CPC monitor the content of subject matter that is allowed in books used in our public schools, grades K-12?
If not, would you know of a method to be able to see what is being taught to our young people? The concern is the amount of indoctrination of our young people to follow lifstyles and world views that are deceptive.
