Abortion companies are ignoring FDA safeguards concerning abortion pills. The FDA limits the pills to women at 10 weeks of pregnancy because of harmful side effects if the pills are taken after 10 weeks. Unfortunately, companies like Aid Access ignore FDA limits. The company’s website advertises that abortionists prescribe the pills. They interpret this to mean that FDA restrictions don’t apply to them. But what about women’s health and safety? This is a case of politics and ideology trumping best practices and safety. Furthermore, it’s important to remember that besides pregnant women, there’s another victim: the unborn child. Even at 10 weeks, the child is a unique human with tiny fingers and toes. And the reality is that even if the abortion pill is taken within 10 weeks, it ends the life of another person.
