(Frankfort, KY) – The Commonwealth Policy Center condemned a racist post on the social media platform X made by Dr. John Marshall, Chief Equity Officer of Jefferson County Public Schools.

Marshall told JCPS students: “Regardless of the rooms, meetings, classes, etc., you’re in, know THE MAJORITY of whites could care less about you & have no issues harming you.”

CPC Executive Director Richard Nelson responded: “It’s unconscionable that public school leaders would promote such ugly racism to their students. This is not what public schools are about, nor what parents expect. Dr. Marshall should apologize immediately.”
