This election is one of the most divisive we’ve ever seen. Add in coronavirus and rioting and looting in some of our major cities and it makes it an even more challenging season. Already tough conversations about who will best lead our nation have become divisive and bitter. We’re on a destructive path. So what do we do? How about we ought to take stock in the things that matter most? Faith in God. Nurturing our families and children. Helping our communities become better places. This takes a concerted, deliberate effort. It will take both humility and courage from people like you and me to forge a better path. And it will take God’s help. After all, our rejection of Him and His rightful place in our culture is one reason we’re in this mess. May God have mercy and help us.
