Anthony “TJ” Hoover II showed clear signs of life—moving and crying—forcing staff to stop the procedure. Now, the case is coming to light as Kentucky’s attorney general and a federal agency are looking into how this could’ve happened. The Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA) downplayed the incident.
