Kentucky’s 2025 legislative session begins today, and the Republican supermajority will consider hundreds of bills that purport to make Kentucky a better place. A few notable bills expected for consideration include protecting First Amendment conscience rights for counselors and medical professionals; ending taxpayer-funded DEI programs in public schools; require age verification for social media; lowering the state income tax as well.
