A photo of Gov. Andy Beshear posing in the Capitol building with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a drag queen troupe parodying nuns, has resurfaced. Beshear said, “Everyone in Kentucky counts. I would absolutely take that picture again.” It’s one of many decisions which demonstrates Beshear’s commitment to radical gender ideology, not Kentucky values. But this isn’t just a Democratic position. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis recently brought to the nation’s attention that former Pres. Donald Trump supported the idea that men who identify as women should be allowed to join the Miss Universe Contest, an entity that he once owned. Mainstreaming transgenderism shouldn’t be a partisan issue; it’s a moral one. And we need more candidates from all across the political spectrum to say so.
