A Louisville barista has filed a discrimination complaint after she says she was fired for sharing her Christian beliefs at work. The employee is a Boyce College student and she alleges she responded to a co-worker’s questions about marriage and sexuality in a respectful manner. But she was later fired for violating workplace policies. The case raises an important question. Employees should be expected to treat others with respect.
