Kentucky's latest pro-life law banned abortion after 11 weeks, but it’s being challenged in court by the ACLU. They argue the law takes away women’s rights, impose an onerous burden at one of the most difficult times in their lives and that Frankfort politician shouldn't tell a woman what to do with her own body. But what about when it comes to another person's body? The 11-week abortion ban passed because the bill described just how much an 11-week old pre-born baby looks like a person. It also used troubling terms detailing the abortion technique used to end that life. So legislators banned it. The law's fate will be battled out in court but truth and clarity are stake and so are the lives of the unborn.
