SB 150 is now “fully in force.” This is the embattled bill passed earlier this year by the Kentucky legislature that protects gender dysphoric children from puberty blockers and sex change surgery. Judge David Hale, who blocked the bill, reversed course in light of a higher court ruling. AG Daniel Cameron appealed to the 6th Circuit and said, “Moving forward, my office will continue to defend Senate Bill 150 and stand up for the right of children to be children, free from the influences of leftist activists and radical gender ideology.” At least 20 states have similar laws because of the 6th Circuit Court ruling and AG Cameron’s pressure. We can be thankful that Kentucky’s vulnerable children from medical intervention that could render them infertile for life.
